Uninstalling Air Installer™ software is simple and straightforward. If you no longer wish to have our software installed, you can remove it from your system at any time. Below, you will find step-by-step instructions for uninstalling our software. Windows 8

  1. Click the Start button to access the Start Screen.
  2. Locate the application you would like to uninstall and right click on the icon.
  3. Click Uninstall on the toolbar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
  4. The Programs and Features window will open. Make sure the correct application is highlighted, then press Uninstall.

Windows 7

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Click Programs and Features.
  4. Select the Air Installer enabled software you installed, and click Uninstall in the button above.
  5. Follow the prompts, and you’re done!

Windows Vista

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Under Programs, select Uninstall a Program.
  4. Select the Air Installer enabled software you installed, and click Uninstall in the button above.
  5. Follow the prompts, and you’re done!

Windows XP

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Click Add / Remove Programs.
  4. Select the Air Installer enabled software you installed, and click Change / Remove button.
  5. Follow the prompts, and you’re done!

Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Click Add / Remove Programs.
  4. Select the Air Installer enabled software you installed, and click Change / Remove button.
  5. Follow the prompts, and you’re done!

Google Chrome Extensions

  1. Click the menu button at the top-right corner of the window, point to “More tools,” and select “Extensions.”
  2. Click the trash icon to the right of any extensions you want to uninstall. (You can also just uncheck the “Enabled” box to temporarily disable an extension without uninstalling it).

Firefox Add-Ons

  1. In Firefox, click the “Menu” button in the upper right corner and then click the “Add-ons” button
  2. Click the puzzle piece icon on the left side of the page to view your browser extensions.
  3. Right-click an extension to uninstall it from your browser or temporarily disable it. If you see a “Restart Now” link, you’ll need to restart Firefox to finish the uninstallation process.

Internet Explorer Add-Ons

  1. Click the gear menu at the top-right corner of the browser window and select “Manage add-ons.”
  2. Select “Toolbars and Extensions”, and then click the “Show” box and ensure it’s set to “All add-ons.”
  3. Select the extension and click the “Disable” button at the bottom-right of the window to disable it.
  4. To completely remove the extension (instead of just disabling) you will have to go to Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel (see instructions for Internet Explorer above).

Safari Extensions

  1. In Safari, click the “Safari” menu at the top of your Mac’s desktop and select “Preferences.”
  2. Click the “Extensions” icon at the top of the Preferences window, and click “Uninstall” to remove the extension.
